Ron, short of posting a pic, the "\" key and the 'backspace key' are right next to them on the old key board at home, my old Dell lap top had a double sized back space key that took up both spots, when I use this key board and I make a typing error, I hit the "\" instead of the back space.

Piss on it I'll post a pic later, I have to get back to my business plan, the hardest thing about it is getting the indents and the margins straight, I hate Microsoft......

morons, if it came in without a drive I certainly wouldn't have given you one.

what brand drives in yours?
most all of the new ones are coming with samsung spinpoint drives.
Not only are they slow, but they tend to die a horrible death with media failure right after the warranty period.
I've dealt with 3 HPs this month that were brought in because they were slow, all were about 15 months old, and they all had bad sectors on the drives. From the serial numbers I could tell that they were all Hecho en Mexico.

Probably the single biggest enemy of hard drives is heat. Keep them cool, and most will run for years. If they run warm, chances get quite a bit higher that they'll die at an inopportune moment.

Well it happend this morning.

4 freaking AM on my way from KAAL in Austin, MN back to my hotel. The trans in my work truck starts slipping, then......nothing but the smell of hot ATF.

Made it to the top of the ramp.

Can't wait to see what I am gonna end up with for a rental.
