Did a little cosmetic work on the buggy.
Fabbed a new hood and valance(sheet metal between the hood and where the windshield would be if I had a windshield) out of 1/8" alum sheet.
Hinged the hood and used a gas strut to raise it.
Valance held down with dzus fasteners.
Changed the color because the origional orange just didn't stand out enough :shhh:

Having a 5.8:1 low range hooked to 5.38 gears helps.

The rails have already proven themselves, IMHO. The passanger side outer tube even has dent in it! :lecture: (FlatNasty)

I just left the bar, and soaped two of the guys I work with. Told the girl at the front desk of the hotel not to give them any soap or toilet paper when they came home.
