Hey, it's a Jeep. It's fixable and replaceable.

You, on the other hand are not. Glad you're OK.

I'll see if I can kill one for you this weekend.:D

<RonWhite> Put headlights on that bullet, and make it go 55 miles per hour. Damn deer will jump right out in front of it!</RonWhite>

We're getting ready to start on a store in Quincy, but I'm not going to be on it.

My designated driver almost hit a deer about five minutes ago. I had another "falling out" with my parents and decided to drink it off (don't worry, happens 2-3 times a year). Seriously thinking about turning emo if it keeps going on though. Did find out though, I really like white russians.

Went to the Iowa 80 truck stop before that incident, thinking about getting some nekid lady mud flaps for the ol' Ford. Seriously trying to find a place on the truck to mount a boot cleaning brush.

Also hit up the Walcott CB shop for some stuff to finish hooking up the CB in the heep. Those guys are pretty cool, never really seen so many confederate flags in one place at the same time though.

Good to hear you're ok Lar, ya need to start keeping that shot gun a little more handy so that you can hit them before they hit you! I know you're a good shot.

Its sleepy time, 'night yall.

holy dunken post man!

and white russian's are a waste of perfectly good vodka... :D

I finally had the time/interest in finding out what happened to my heep at Carnagefest. It seems I took out the CV joint on my driveshaft and the pinion nut on my d44 had backed off because of the vibration and took out the ring and pinion. Even after snugging the yoke back up, I had about .4" of backlash.

Currie is a little out of my price range right now. I'll just get a new set of gears and rebuilt or replace the driveshaft. I'll still be out 5-600 bucks but I guess that's life. At least the cherokee isn't being the most expensive jeep I have. That distinction goes to the cj.

Found out something irritatingly interesting at Redbird today - my Expedition in 4lo/1st crawls downhill better than my XJ.

What's up with that?

And I thought trying to squeeze the grand cherokee through the trees at redbird was crazy...:scared:

My jeep is finally put back together, axle swap is done. I really need to stop messing with it. Even found time to put in a new CB.

Unit91's (Dusty) bachelor party was this weekend, we had a campout then took the party on the road and drove the camper to a strip club. Random brake checks and swerving every time someone went to the bathroom never got old. Geo_jeep (Travis) fell in love with a stripper there.

Nah, I was working the gate today and went back down trail 0 to see if anyone was playing in the new rock garden.

I wouldn't even think about going down an actual trail in that thing :D

From the Illinois Outdoor News:

'CPOs made an interesting case at the Cahokia Mounds State Historical Site. The initial complaint was about a man riding a bicycle in the nude. The description proved to be inaccurate. When our officers encountered the subject he was wearing a pair of women's panties. In a backpack the subject had a ski mask and some olive oil. Numerous criminal charges were filed. The offender has previous criminal charges for sex offenses.'

Okay, Hale why did you have the ski mask ??

I don't know about up north but down here that is a pretty lame story. That stuff is a daily occurrence down here.

It's pretty self explanatory really. The guy was hot, he took the mask off and put it in the backpack that he took from a delivery boy at the local Italian restaurant(the delievery boy was stealing the olive oil from his workplace and had stashed it in his backpack.) He stole the bike out of the garage from the guy that lives next to the restaurant. He was riding to meet his gay lover at the park, and they had deemed it costume night. He was dressed up as a Lebanese camel jockey.

It's not that hard to figure out......

And this is what I have to look forward to after college :D

Edit: the weird CO cases, not riding around nude on a bike :moon:

How'd you know I like to wear womens panties?

Joke of the day.....if you get this you spend WAY too much time on the road.

You know you have been on the road to long when your wife says "I ain't got no panties on", and you reply, "Shut up stupid"
