Damn rain turned my yard into a mudpit... the 4wd backhoe could barely slog through it. I'm gonna hire someone to dig it out, I don't have time for this BS anymore. Story of my life.

I know this is an old post, lol, but this is the first time I ever heard someone owning an XJ complaining about mudpits. I thought that's what we lived for. Hell, ya should have gathered some loot for the kegs and had one hell of a XJ party, neighbors would have loved it for sure, lol arty:

I know a guy who actually goes out of his way to walk through the mud. He always mumbles something about how Charlie thinks Americans are lazy, so they set land mines on the dry paths... :dunno:

I hate mud too my engine bay won't ever be clean until i pull the motor! My front skid keeps the mud out of there now though so it shouldn't get worse!

must have had a major brain fart this morning, I started to think about my next build and then started adding up what I have in the XJ....after seeing those numbers and the memories in those numbers I realized one thing...frames are over rated, I will wheel the goldistanishcrapish colered XJ a few more years

(that is unless I find a super sweet deal on a CJ8 to restore Cheeseman style!)

been cutting up a willow tree that fell about a month ago. the thing is broke in half and it still has green leaves on it.
i didnt realize how much water those things kept in em.
too bad it doesnt hold heat very well or id keep the wood for the fireplace this winter.
