Important

It is amazing how many people think houses are being sold for nothing...

The TV has been screaming aout how bad it is for so long (the economy in general, and housing in particular) that people are starting to believe it.

Glad you found a buyer that still had a sense of reality.

Congrats!

Robert

Got hooked up with a garage stove today...well yesterday.

Even had a 220 drop for future a/c upgrade to the furnace that i put a plug on to make it work.

Two weeks ago, I added a second garage fridge, one wasn't big enough. This one is soda and the hard stuff. Still adding stickers...

The original still holds beer.

haha, I like where this is going :D The compressor in my shop fridge is starting to cause me some problems. The thing that pisses me off the most is not that the fridge is gonna take a dump on me but the fact that I loose about 10 years worth of sticker collection that I have collected from around the globe. I have one of those handy dandy quick pizza makers I got for x-mas but have not made it to the shop with it yet. My buddy suggested that I get a straw dispensor and fill it with slim jims :D

when mine die i'm gonna cut the panels off and hang them in the garage, to keep the sticker collection around...garage fridge 1 is over 40 years old, fridge 2 is about 4 years old...i expect 1 to outlast 2...they just don't make them like they used too...

Going to go pick up another XJ tomorrow if its still there. It is in good running order but sitting in the crusher line. A guy I work with saw it and for some reason didn't pick it up for me when he went to the place. We are going tomorrow to see if its still there!

we got our Duece n-half in this past weekend. It is a multi-fuel rig. The sticker on the windshield shows that in 1970-ish this thing cost Uncle Sam $97,341.....and we got it for $2031!!! Pull started it in the parking lot and drove it 4 hours home (at 55mph! and WOW it was a loud BIATCH!!!) Put new batteries in it and it runs like a champ. It has the service box on the back and alredy is wired for 110 and has the onboard generator. I can tell you the deer poachers wont stand a chance against this thing when I meet them on the road! :D

You military guys should have given me a heads up on this "black out" feature...I chased wires for hours trying to figure out why my lights and blinkers etc were not working :D:D

we have been purchasing out of an auction pool at Jefferson City, Missouri. We also bought a lube trailer that has a diesel powered compressor in it that runs the air system and it has pneumatic oil, grese and diff fluid tanks with 4 hose reels on the back of it, one for each fluid/grease and one for air. Only gave $1600 for it and it was never used. The tools in it still had teh brownsack/wax paper on them

LMAO

the horn won't work either unless you have the lights on! Keeps you from honking it when you are under black out conditions.

Time to get ya some NVG's (night vision Goggles) and then take it for a drive. Use your Blackout Drive: That is fun!

Also your BRIGHT LIGHTS is probably a lil foot switch at the bottom next to the brake! I drove a Deuce a lot as a PFC!
