i thought it said 8 on the timing cover but now that i look its a 6 lol... i shoulda know the 8 valve intake goes straight and the 16 valve goes over the valve cover and towards the grill at a 45. i used to have a 93 sidekick that i played with

Got a LCA bushing that's toast. Highly doubt I'll have time to mess with it before WF.

How busy are you?

After the first couple for practice, I was popping em in and out in less than 20 minutes.

'Course, that doesn't count removal and reinstall of the arm, but if you've had it apart recently, it shouldn't be too bad...

I replaced it this morning. I do still have a clunk though. Not the same clunk but a different one. We need to do another 2 man parking lot diagnosis again tonight.:D

Came home from WF to a blown up water heater spraying water all over the place...

mac 'had it replaced in an hour' gyvr
 
last thursday heep started haveing oil psi probs. check the oil not on the stick. dang... so i put three kerts of earl in it. got home and turned and lost oil psi agian. checked the oil 2 kerts low. put some in found a massive oil leak. rear seals pukein... so i put some in and decide ill try to make it back to linton. over filled it and headed out on my one hour drive. made it ten miles out and put two more in. limpted it home and put it on ramps and crawled under it. slight knock... dang. pulled the pan off of it.
seals hard as a rock. ordered an oil pump and rod bearings. im waiting on the parts meow. got everything ready for my parts to come in at noon tomarrow... mains looked ok small scratches but the rod bearings were pretty wore.
 
Sounds like you guys had a good time down at WinterFest [again.] I got called into the office at 8:30 Saturday night, and left at 7:30 AM Sunday. I was expecting a whole lot more fallout this morning, but that hasn't happened yet.

Got the word from the loan officer this afternoon. Everything's in place, we close on the house on Thursday.
 
At the moment, I have a painter lined up for the house, a floor guy to refinish the hardwood floors, and will meet with the moving company on Thursday afternoon.

Right now, I think that the most assistance I'll need is drinking beer. :cheers:
