Nothing out of the ordinary.
I've thought about it a while, and I just can't see putting the same money into my little axles, I'd probably have to do even more to get them strong enough.
Yeah, some year I hope to have 37s and an 8" lift, probably about 3-5 years from now. I'm also hoping to move back out west after I'm done with school here in a little over a year, so I will get good use out of it.
Question's really is that front axle strong enough for hard wheeling with a locker and 37s?
hey fellas, if you dont mind helping out a fellow MWC-er I would appreciate it if you would vote (especially) for me over in the Rough Country pic contest. It is over in a few hours, so PM GRIMUS99XJ and tell him who ya vote for (also note my MWC badge on the fender in the pics) It is located in the vendors forum. Thanks
Unloaded the new bumper for the SD out of the bed today....
A lot heavier then it looked.....ended up using a ladder and the ATV winch to hoist it up.

Just got pictures of the axles, turns out he gave me bad info, the front is a passenger side diff, but I'm still going to take the rear D60 for $125, it's fairly good condition, picking it up Sunday. Now I just got to find a front axle about the same width. A few more years and I'll have new axles under the jeep.

A few months ago someone passed me and threw up a rock that took out the front end of my WJ, did about $1500 in damage. Got it fixed.
Yesterday I noticed that the front bumper is crushed in again, white paint all over it. Who knows how long it has been that way, I had been driving the cherokee all week.
I'm going to park it for a while, I can't stand looking at the thing right now. It will probably end up with an ARB bull bar on it.
Why the heck would you put a plastic front bumper on a jeep?!
Bumper mounted on the SD.
It just got about 12" longer.
