Important

you never know what some people are into.

dude seemed normal, but I'm recovering data from the drive and it hit's the xhamster folder.

some strange shit even by cheesey's standards.

well I'm just happy that this is happening through the drive recovery software so I only see file names and not thumbnails.

Of course boots are included...even insulated ones so it helps with the sound deadening.

I like eurotrash. I have been thinking about getting rid of the daily driver XJ and getting a Euro again. My Jetta GLI was a blast, and reliable but it had less the 100k when I sold it, hahah

I can't believe this Amazon gig is this difficult to get a solid answer on shifts still. Now I'm being told 12hr Sunday-Tuesday 1 week then Sunday-Wednesday the next. That doesn't even make sense to me. I get it's a new facility but they have to be running the same style of shift at one of their joints.

That's what I'm starting to think. If they don't have some kind of game plan figured out by the end of the day Friday I may just pull out.
And we are just talking shifts, I haven't gotten to any of the details about some form of leave when my kid is born. That is a whole nother cluster ****. My kid is due 1 month after they want me to start. And I'm supposed to train in WI for serveral weeks. Yet they take parental leave seriously and what to do what they can, they say.

This place is slow today, everyone must be on xhamster
car needed new battery.
which meant it needed to have it's module recoded for new battery capacity and told it had a new battery.
oh, and all the software is in German, so Batterie.
Factory BMW battery made it 10 years though, and still functioned, but the car knew it sucked so it was turning shit off and going into sleep mode. Killed my comfort access.

eurotrash problems.

I may just pull out.

My kid is due 1 month after they want me to start.

should have pulled out earlier and you'd have avoided the second statement.

Amazon is a corporation that's pioneered a rolling employee/shift schedule to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. One of my last bosses went to work for Amazon after finishing his MBA and one of the things he had to learn was the model for their labor shifts.

We talked about trying to work it into our maintenance schedule at the squadron, but there were too many constraints, like on base daycare and chow hall times for younger Marines.

You can't get a straight answer because there isn't one. It's very possible that your shift will be different every week and your time off will be constant, but on different days or times.

which really isn't a bad idea for 24/7 operations. At least then you don't always get stuck working weekends or nights.
everyone gets screwed a little bit, instead of some people getting screwed all the time.

Anyone in the MWC going to be at the Unlimited Off-Road Expo in Louisville on Saturday? I'm headed up for the day.
