According to news ODOT is also using some of the plow trucks to block roads around convention. They're hoping to prevent vehicle from plowing through crowds like what happened in France last week.

Thats kind of what I was thinking...trying to keep any run away vehicles at bay. Though I agree with Tyler, straight blade is the way to go lol

My buddy works for MoDOT, he said that it's fun to see how fast they can go and how far they can throw the snow. They can shoot it up as high as the power lines with the right speed the right angle of the blade. Just think what you could do with a disorderly crowd with that, oh the possibilities!

I used to plow snow for the city, and yea, with the right snow you can throw it on to front windows. And send mail boxes flying. Trash day was always fun!

My ass is dragging from the weekend.

Something tells me maybe I shouldn't have left at 11am?

the local grain elevator is on fire this morning....and right in the middle of a new office expansion...something tells me if I was the contractor, I would be shitting bricks right now. They have called in surrounding counties fire departments. And the local welfare case gawkers are out in full force "Look, dat dere is a hot sum biotch hun!"

I think there would be a prime example of where the straight blade angled to passenger would come in handy :D

That is one of the biggest worries here at work. We have had a couple small fires in the past but nothing where a fire extinguisher couldn't get out. If my plant caught on fire it would make a big boom.

well I got an interview with the sheet metal workers union Thursday. it looks like a hell of a pay cut but I think it will make up for it in benefits. my current benefits are terrible and expensive and in a few years ill be back to making what I make now and ill have a better chance at retirement.

that's the only time I let Camille drive, when I am so tired I fall straight to sleep...I want to be asleep, I don't want to see what we are going to hit.

2 weeks ago Suzi asked if she could drive towing camper back home after camping for weekend. Didn't do too bad except for a couple times I had to hit imaginary brake pedal on my side. Nerves were to tense for me to sleep. Maybe next time I just start drinking. Kills 2 birds that way

I couldn't drive last year for 10 weeks when I tore my Achilles....

Riding with my wife or my dad or whoever...I was ready to get back behind the wheel.
