This kinda pisses me off. I'm cutting up a parts jeep and ALL 4 f'n rear shock bolts came out without snapping off!!

Why can't this happen on a jeep I'm keeping??

So far at work I have been working sidekick to the 2 mechanical technicians and it's been ok. Today nether of them were there and I had to tag along with the electrical technician. Way more my style. I'm hoping to lean more towards him in the coming days.

1 month of mechanical and I haven't used anything I learned in school.
2 hours of electrical and I was correctly wireing up motors

too bad being 6'2" and chubby does not equal MJ comfort......I found a rust free (for what the pics showed) 2wd MJ in southern MO for $400 and it is not real pretty, but its all there, and 2 hours away I found a 99XJ , same color, but it does not have a title and is only $500 obo and it needs a starter......a late model clipped MJ with a weeks worth of work for under a grand...I should do it regardless.....someone else probably already scooped one, if not both, of them up.

Well, XJ is gone off CL, but the beater MJ is still there. I bet $200 could pick it up....should I????? My buddy owns a rollback service in Joplin n could pick up today if needed...I have the C10 done and room in the shop for another project....I can find XJ's all day long around these parts for under a grand...could be a fun n cheap beater wheeler project. And remove the bed and go manche style on it and flatbed/tube it out.

Now granted I know its nothing pristine, but for $250 I'd let it sit around the farm for a few months...not like sitting outside would hurt it at this point.

That mj doesn't look bad for $400 with a title. Heck most of them around here for that price don't have a title with them. Could be a fun little project.
