Important

I carry the XDM 9mm. It is a bigger gun and can be over size at times when I carry it. It was my first gun and I wanted a good one. Would like to find something snake one of these days. That lc9 doesn't look bad. May look into it for me and/or Suzi.

Re: Re: Important

I'm thinking about getting an xds45
That's what I want.

I bought the G42 an retired my kel tek. I love it. It's so small compared to my old glock 27. If glock made a single stack compact .40 I'd own it. 380 will do what I need it to if needed in the mean time. I'm a great shot.

This might surprise you, but we have policy that says what we can and can't carry...even when not at work. That and once a year we have to qualify with what we carry off-duty once a year...unless its a 9mm glock. I don't know if the LC9 is approved.

I can get that G42 for a little over $300 at a local place that gives us a good price. That's probably the biggest reason I want it.

We got new gen 4 glock 17s at work. They let us buy our old gen 3 ones back for a good price.

I'm not surprised. Insurance companies and lawyers will get you that sort of policy.

Why you guys carry a 9 over a 45? I am going to be purchasing a carry pistol in the near future and am bouncing around on calibers.

personal preference. you can shove more 9mm rounds in a given space though.

I have a 9mm, .38 and .45, options are nice to have.

I carry a bazooka and a tear gas factory...in my pants.

Oil less fryer is highly recommended. Took 8 minutes per pound, so my 16 lb bird took 2 hours and some change, but no heating the oil or cleanup. It cooled for 15 minutes and I put it back in storage.
Going to buy the optional top rack and do a roast with potatoes on top next weekend.

I think better. Skin was roasted like when you put it in the oven, but the meat was still tender and moist like when you use an oil fryer.

I spent $80 on it at Lowes. I can see using this as much as the grill.

I need to research one of those. I bought an Orion cooker, it is a charcoal convection cooker, everything is insanely juicy, I have had chickens slide off the bone before I could get them all the way removed from it. Cooks stuff a lot faster than my smoker too.
