Important

Not sure. It was someone on an atv in the sand behind the parking lot where everyone bombs up and down hills without looking.

The atv riders are getting ridiculous out there. We had one whip a U-turn in front of us while heading into the park. He didn't look or anything, just whipped it around and looked surprised as hell there was a vehicle there. Another guy just pulled out of the campgrounds without looking either and almost got hit by another vehicle. Then a little kid on an atv ran into someone's trailer in the campgrounds. I really hope the rider is ok though. We're all out there trying to have fun and that's no way to end a great weekend.

well the hose clamp on the tranny linkage on the 5.9 fell off again today...

Grace was driving...I was at part time.

We facetimed and she crawled under there and put it back on.

mac 'time for another hose clamp I guess' gyvr

Getting as bad as Cliff's yet?

I can't wait for winter to come so most of them go into hibernation. I thought they were going a bit crazy last Saturday also. We were rolling back to the parking lot and two kids on tiny ATV's and a parent were playing around in the mud holes on the road back to the paved road and we had to stop for a minute or so before they let us pass.

Bulletproofing??

I dropped an injector, so I'm changing all of them. I picked up a wicked wheel since I'm doing a turbo service. Funny story: International recommends cleaning the turbo on the VT-365 every 60k miles. Ford never mentions it. So since I've got the case cracked in half anyway, changing the wheel is easy.

I have good oil/coolant differential and the egr valve has been off since I got my first tune at 35k miles. I've switched to red coolant and flushed the ford stuff, so I'm sure my egr cooler is ok and doesn't need to be deleted or replaced. I don't have any signs of a head gasket problem. I had some coolant loss through the overflow bottle, but a new cap fixed it.

I'm not planning on doing anything stupid with the truck and I've owned it for the last 100k miles, so no real need to do anything like studs or a bunch of performance mods. I just want to be able to drive it to work and tow the jeep.

This ended up in my driveway Sunday. I bought it off discosteve, Im not really sure what Im going to do with it yet but its probably going to end up being a work truck. From what I've read on it it is a 2.5 ax5 vac disco 30 d35 4.10 np207.
It's pretty rough but the price was right.
