Last week my buddy went to see Chicago at the Porter County Fair.
BTW, you must be too young. Starship wasn't a hair band. They were the last evolution of Jefferson Airplane / Jefferson Starship / Starship.
I believe Starship was without Grace Slick and Paul Cantor.

I thought Grace was with Starship, but Paul wasn't.

Now I have 'We built this city......' Running through my damn head.

But Brad is right. Starship while they had big scary 80's hair, were pre-hair band era. Slippery When Wet acknowledged as the first 'hair' or pop-metal album was released in 1986.

Tom Woods came through.

New shaft is in and of course is perfect, no vibes at all.

Now...who want sthe old one? Great deals for MWC members, better deals for close friends, FANTASTIC deals for guys that finished my basement. :D

Sucks to be you..... I'm sitting here with a home brew in the A/C.

You coming back through this neck of the woods?

Hmmmm....... bit over an hour south of here.

New Jeep smoked a belt while pulling into the driveway last night. Good thing I bought a spare last week! Gotta wait for the kids to take their nap so I can throw a new one on since the wife works today.

Belts don't just smoke on their own, unless they're waaaaaaay old (then they just break.) Check all your pulleys and pumps.

Nuts. Raining here, can't swap the radiator out in my CTD this morning.

It was toast. It had crack through the outer ply almost all of the way through, and the grooves on the underside were shiny. The A/C was putting enough of a load on it to slip, causing it to smoke.

Oh well, good thing I get a discount at the parts store :D

Just got done washing and washing the wife's jeep. She has had it for over a year and has washed it maybe three times. Good thing it is white. She tried to talk me into getting her a black one because she said it was easier to keep clean.

103.3* today........in my head. Sucks to be me right now.

That was me Wednesday night and Thursday... to the tune of 104.1* and an ER visit.

I think I read every thread on NAXJA while I was home from work :D

It's times like that I really appreciate my wife. She came home from work, saw my face and dragged me out to the car to go to the ER. If it was just me, I would have probably tried to sweat it out like an idiot.
