HP 30 pinion torque I believe is 175 ft lbs. I'd double check that though.

HP is 160-260 IIRC, depending on pinion bearing running torque.
I just put them on as tight as I can get it with a 30" breaker bar, but you have more ass than me, so maybe a torque wrench is a good idea.
