Important

Does anybody know of a way to find the location of a vehicle you have already gotten rid of? I'm trying to track down one of my old Jeeps and didn't know if there was an way way to do it or not.

If you knew hte VIN, you could carfax it. It might give you specifics like location or owners, but don't know for sure.

Repacking and replacing trailer bearings tonight and tomorrow...prepping for the trip to western KS to pick up the XJ, and it should hold together for WF as well. Would like to get the electric brakes working again, but not sure that will happen on this trip.

Glad ya like them!

I wired a pair up on a bro truck the other day behind the grill. Those suckers are bright!

Telling your boss you plan on leaving like 4-5 months in advance... Bad idea?
He's an older guy and pretty nice/understanding, actually was my "big brother" through the YMCA for a while. He's picky about who he hires, its mostly a family business.
Its not a hard job but a good amount of their business depends on me. New guy would need a little training and a while to figure out how everything works here.
I just don't want to leave them in a bad spot when I finally take off, so would like to give some warning. But I also feel like that opens me up to getting shitcanned prematurely...

Tired of midland and this job, moving to Iowa to work for my BIL.

Yes.
But he let me leave for 3 months for 2011 wheat harvest, and 2 months this fall for Iowa harvest with little warning. He was expecting me back though, which makes a difference...

AND I think I get to clean out one of the garages for Jeep work. I sense alot of money going into that thing soon.
