If it were a legit quad cab F150 around here it would go for 8-10k i have no idea why...

talked to the mortgage banker this morning. we are using my old bank from home that i've always kept an account with (even when living far away) they are good peeps who remember me by name when i call in or stop by a branch. been a loyal customer for 10 years through a lot of ups and downs. now that we know melissa's income isn't changing, he said we should be in great shape. i realize things can change in a heartbeat when you are buying a house, but it all seems to be heading in the right direction!
