We have had the Hella's on the front of our Jeep for over a year now. Course they are tucked in more towards the grill so they get protected a bit.

That's probably the 140 series, 170 series are more expensive. They are awesome lights, just won't have room for my winch and lights and last time I put the lights on top of the hoop one of the reflector housings cracked.

It would be sweet to put them on my company car, but I don't think they would go for that. We're not in Alaska

I have LED takedowns also. We had factory fog lights, which were great, but they were replaced with red/blue LEDs. So far I haven't put any personal $ into it, scavenged deck lights from the storage barn out back

Considering I have almost waxed ~10 deer already this year, a little extra forward light would be nice. Especially running hot down a wooded county road.

This is all making me think even more about putting a bambi basher together for my DD XJ... that thing has a screwed up front bumper anyways and I drive it 140mi a day. Only a matter of time till I plaster a deer all over it at this rate.

I have never hit a deer that I've seen before impact. I've hit several.

The new "pup". He's 4 and named diesel since day 1. I'm not found of the name but he answers to it and Ryan like it so it stays. He has never been around kids before so we are keeping an eye on him around Ryan but they seem to get along very well.

He didn't leave Ryan's side all night.
