goodburbon said:3-link is in. Gawddamn the ammount of spot welds on the stock brackets is rediculous. I ended up pulling out the torch when I got tired of the shower of sparks.
RK instructions sucked. Said to use .75 in spacers where the .6 spacers went and vise versa. Said to use 2 5.5" bolts and 2 5" bolts on torque arm mount but only came with 2 5.5". Their grease zerks suck too, broke 2 of em just pumping grease in.
I found out where the DW is coming from in the process. Apparently my 1 year old front poly bushings were destroyed already and the trac bar has at least 1/4" of play on the axle end, nothing I can do about that bolt right now either, the bolt is stripped, gonna have to torch it off. It's off to the bolt store for me tomorrow for some new CA bolts (they looked a little worn) and trac bar bolt...this time with a nylock.
Oh btw the ORF bumper doesn't fit with the longarms, the 33's shove right into the ends of the bumper.....so i torched them off.
Another note of interest, JCR rails will not fit when you have the RK 3- link kit installed. I think I can torch the mounting tab off of the driver side one and weld it to the RK mount though.
say torch a few more times dude!
got any pics of the 3 link and how they did it? im thinking on doing a 3 link in my rig, and if RK has a kit that doesnt eat my groundclearance - id much rather pay for it than make it...

Thanks Rev and Ron for turning me into a Checkbook wheeler
