Part of the frame is, but I am not joining the site, at least not yet. I have a club to join that is going to cost 60 dollars. But it will save me hundreds this year when I go to theme parks and go to the event I am going to in June (plus many other events) (club I am joining is American Coaster Enthusiasts).
