As stated in the National bylaws, the President and Secretary Treasurer are to have control of the financial accounts of the chapter. Each is to have full access to these accounts which are presently held in AMERICA FIRST Credit Union. When these accounts have been updated, David Bricker, national Secretary Treasurer is to be informed in writing.
