ok... So i took my jeep on a 30 minute drive up in the mountain on a state hwy. and the jeep got up to 223 degrees with out a/c on in 92 degree ambient heat and then the aux fan kicked on and cooled it down to about 215 then climbed again and the aux fan kicked back on. Why is this thing getting so hot with out the a/c on and not even on it??? I have a 4.5 inch lift 33's and stock gearing, csf 3 core new water pump and thermostat. Once i got up the mountain and (72 or so ambient heat) the temp went from about 215 to 194 in a couple minutes. Do you think if i put in my 16000 btu B&M tranny cooler and bypass the radiator tranny cooler that that would help the temp fluctuating, sense it only happens when pulling grades???
