I have decided I hate Capt. Ron....

my favorite beer right now is St. Bernardus Abt 12.

I get it at yardhouse in downtown san diego.

They serve it in a goblet.

A really really good beer is served in something other than a pint glass.

I can't wait to get home a relax with a few of these.

I used to like most any average beer. Was realy into Mexican brews for many years...then Ron makes a comment about mexibrews and hands me a Sierra Nevada.
Ever since I have been into mostly Fat Tire and some Pale Ale.
But I open the frige today, and I didn't restock after I had my last one.
All there was was some Corona....and for some reason it just doesn't do it
for me anymore...

I hate Ron!!

:D

How long does it take to chill a room temp Fat Tire anyway (its in the Freezer!)

You can not Hate the man that helps to open your eyes, whiles you are pouring recycled piss down your throat.. If not for people like Cap Ron or Rawbrown you would still be a lowly Corona guy.. There are hundreds of good beers out there for the drinking so why waste time with crap.. You should Thank Ron next time you see him With an Ice cold Fat tire..

I hate all you Californians since y'all can get Stone Brewing products and we can't... Imperial Stout is 'to die for' IMNSHO.

Why can't you? In the last 6 months I have bought Stone in California, Oregon, Florida, New Jersey and New York. Not just at big liquor stores, but small corner markets too.

Not to mention you can also order it online from BevMo.

I've found the hardest part about being a beer snob is that if you get a craving for something good after 9pm, you're pretty much out of luck. All the 24 hour liquor stores just carry crap.

There's an open till 1am place in Pasadena that isnt too bad, but I have a good friend at BevMo I usually hook up through as well.

I found interesting, she said the day before easter is their top sales day of the year. I had on idea easter parties were so hardcore.

Yeah I find that odd.

I applied to work there last December as holiday help but Costco got back to me first.

Driving to Pasadena just for a beer probably isn't worth it. Occasionally Vons/Pavillions will have Arrogant Bastard and Stone IPA.

But what if you're out of something. Drinking good beer involves some serious planning ahead.

All the stone beers have a gargolye on them, I can't remember which one is the grey one.

If you like their IPA step up to an Arrogant Bastard or a Ruination.

Now THAT looks like a party worth going to.

Don't you jeeple forget, Stone IPA has like 6.8% alcohol so you'd need to drink a dozen corona piss waters to feel the same buzz from one of them pups.
