my old house i had christmas lights in the bushes in front of my house for 5 years...and they were on every night...

the lights grew into the bushes...

I never got around to taking mine down this year. Plugged them in yesterday and they still work! I might never take them down again. Besides being easier, it drove my mother-in-law nuts all summer :laugh3:

Lar wanted this hung on the front door.
It is amazing what a hammer drill and a few cement anchors can do.
I did this about 10 mins before the tornado came through Monday.
