Sounds like it's time to go into the axle.....diff & ends.....

Found it after a test today. It's the tcase causing the grinding sound . And pinion angle causing the vibration.

I completely misunderstood your 1st post, and thought you were having issues in the front end....before & after an axle swap

Well I still have the font end problem but the rear one showed up when I was doing the tests you told me to do.
