HP DANA 44 For sale

I've got a full width ford high pinon Dana 44 driver drop axle, this is the camper special axle for leaf spring front end.

Comes with
Oe ford knuckles
j10 flat top knuckles
new warn outer hubs and old hubs
Old diff covers
Old carriers
Full width axles
Wagoneer axles


I was planning on using this axle but went a different route.

Out of curiosity... Why

Because in order to weld coil buckets on to it, you either have to cut some of the cast off or weld the bucket on top of it. And neither would I like to do.

um chad... Its a 44. no cutting of cast is needed, look at that short side tube! more space than a 79 ford60. Only possible issue running this axle would be it being to centered if left waggy width.

Negative David, to properly center the axle and run coils, coil bucket would have to be somewhat on the cast. I had the same amount of tube on mine and my coil bucket is almost butted up against the housing. A 250 short side shaft is actually 1/4" shorter then my 150 axle.

Shorten long side

3/4 ton stuff is all new to me.

No shorter short side, longer long side. Long side is 3/4" longer then my 44, shorter side is half inch shorter then mine.
