That's not true. The suicide bombers are, leaders of countries are not. Bush isn't holding a M-16. That is not his job. That is the soldiers job. A leaders job is to lead. If he is dead, or does not have a country anymore, he can't do that. It is a mistake to believe the Iranian leader is some suicidal whack job bomber. He is the same as every other leader. For the record, I never said that I though a nuke was the way to go. I think nuclear weapons are terrible. I have seen the pictures in history books of what is left after the bomb was dropped. I would hate for all of this to come to that. All I said was that a large percentage of the muslim followers think that Americans deserve to die simply because we are Americans and enjoy freedoms that to them make us "infidels."

And as a matter of fact, nobody "tells me what to think." Fortunately I am intelligent enough to gather information and form an opinion all by myself.

According to this site, America has just over 300 Million people as citizens. Now, Islam as a religion has 1.3 BILLION believers. Its obvious that not all are true followers of the religion and do not want to destroy the west. So... lets assume 10 percent want to kill me and my family. That works out to about 130 MILLION people. Now we have almost HALF of America trying to kill us.


If this "peaceful" religion has over 130 million people spread out through a world population of 6.5 Billion (http://www.medindia.net/patients/cal...opulation.asp), this puts a little reality into it... 1 out of every 50 people want to kill you because their god said to.

Now China has 1.3 Billion citizens(link), lets remove them from the math because Islam is probably NOT practiced widely there. That means 1 out of every 40 people want to kill you because their god tells them to.

You say 10% is alot? Ok, 1% then. That means 1 out of 400 people want to kill you. Uh.. thats nuts.

Obviously its hard to speak for your whole religion but if only 10% or even 1% of Muslims feel that way why don't the bigger majority of them speak up and out against the minority.

I think it would give Muslims...especially in this country if you heard more of them speaking out against the ones who really do want to kill us.

Using logic and reason that is Western based will get you nowhere over there......actually, it will get you just about right where we are right now in the Middle East. Ever heard, "to defeat your enemy, one must think like your enemy"?
While they're blowing themselves up as a transport mechanism to kill our troops and undermine freedom efforts, our solution is to fall back and attempt to police them into playing nice? They actually think they can defeat us because they've gotten inside the heads of our elected officials and military leaders and are using our respect for human life against us.
