HI!!! here in Venezuela we have a very chip GAS. There are 2 kinds, 91 octanes and 95 octanes both without plumb.

91 octanes is 80 Bs/ltr. = 0.0372 $/ltr

95 octanes is 90 Bs/ltr. = 0.0418 $/ltr

here a full tank (80 ltr aprox) of 95 octanes cost something like 7200 Bs =3.34 $

I full the tank sometimes twice a week because i live far from my job and mi girlfriend house.

Regards from the only XJ group in Venezuela, "GRUPO XJ, Cherokee Extreme adventure" www.grupoxj.com

An Opec Country eh ? Better watch out for Bush.

My answer is...Often.
I brew my own beer and make my own pickled eggs & Sauerkraut so that explains that!

But my gasoline was $3.11 this am for 89 in the Hemi...$72.00. Good thing it's not my regular commuter.

the exxon near my place is always near $3 for reg. go a mile and a half north and you'll find a chevron charging 2.87 (thats where I go, Exxon waters their gas down - it killed my friends lawn mower its that bad.)

and of course the auto mall in olympia has a shell station which is at 2.70 sumpin, and an ampm at 2.76 - cash and credit only though (as usual)

has anyone else ever seen that exxon thinks their fuel is SO great they regularly stay about ten cents above everyone else?

and uh, who wants to impeach the oil baron George W Bush Jr. for being an autocratic twat and not putting a federal cap on the cost of gas
(especially if military bases are having to pay more now too!?! how is that going to help the us economy when tanks are rated in the gallons per mile)

we're paying just under $4.00/gal up here, and alberta has the second largest reserves of oil after saudi. damn taxes...we pull it out and refine it within several miles from my front door and i still pay more than you guys?

it's only a good time to be in the business if you own a company, the wages for the average oil workin guy sure haven't gone up...

NO DOUBT! I heard they have just found another 25 years worth of reserves in the tar sands above Ft. McMurray, why are Canadians paying the big prices? Also, have you seen the prices of softwoods recently? Jeez, why the hell do we send any of it to the US or Japan? :D

$3.09/ gal for regular here in good ol' Oakhurst CA. (Gateway to Yosemite) Costs around $60.00 each time I fill up! I only get about 15mpg in my 87 :rattle: :rattle: :rattle: Sucks to be me...

$1.34 a gallon...

if i can just manage to steal the fuel farm key at work :D
