How much for 31" MT/Rs

I found a set locally for $400. 4 31x10.5x15 MT/Rs with 2000 miles (yeah, 2000, not 20000)

What do you guys think theyre worth? Walmart has 30s for 138 a piece, no listing for 31s. $148 for them at tire rack.

So id basically be saving $200. But I obviously want to get a deal, would asking for $300 be too low?

x2 if you wheel and buy tires without road hazard expect to replace them as you damage them and loose out in the long run.
