How does one register for winterfest ?

Hello all kinda of a newb here and looking to get involved with a different club and figure winterfest would be a good time to go and meet and wheel with a new group of people.Ive heard quite a few good things about this club and Ive met a few members,is there a registration form or process in place for winterfest?
