How do other conservatives feel about this election

Change and progress can be good, but even the best ideas have consequences.
I heard a prominent democrat saying the other day, that abortion on demand was "PROGRESS", she said it like it was unarguable, a democratic mantra.
The last I heard 25% of all pregnancies are aborted. Something like 10-11 dump truck loads a year.
Oral and physical contraceptives are available, even the morning after pill. The same woman who legally gets an abortion, may also get a parking ticket for irresponsible parking. Things seem way out of wack to me.
I see no common sense in either parties radical positions. Pro abortion, anti abortion, how about some common sense being brought into the argument.
I fail to see how abortion rights are value based or in most incidences a responsible solution. IMO there needs to be some sort of oversight in the process, if women can't be responsible enough to not get pregnant, they need to be monitored at the least, maybe even Policed.
