How do I post pics

I am completely computer illiterate and I cannot figure out how to post pics in to my replies.please if you would be kind enough and take the time to explain how, I would be much greatful!

I know I'm not the only one.

start by asking the question in the right area. How about the Non Tech/ Off topic area? And then search, read the stickies to figure out how. This has been discussed many times.
