Homemade front XJ Bumper

Looking for a simple homemade Bumper(used) for an XJ.(no winch mount).Would like it to have a 2" reciever or D-Ring shackle mounts or Hooks.My Zip is 40351.Prefer someone that lives within 200 miles of Zip code,to keep down S&H charges.Thanks. member #579.
