Hollister Run (dec. Sat 6th)

Hey all,

Just thought I'd throw an invite to anybody that wants to break their junk tomorrow with me. I've been itchin' to get out of the house since the baby came and I got a green light for a day run (tomorrow). My buddy and I should be there by 8 and I'll have the cb on ch 14. I'm in a full bodied white '93 on 37's and fullwidths. Hope to see ya out there!

Back now and may I say Hollister is a great thing. I just love that it's $5 to wheel all day and the trails were in great condition! Not a speck of the "hollister dust" that I'm used to during the summer months and not much mud at all. Dirt was good and grippy and not too many people out there. There was even some thick mud that attracted the mud lovers. Good entertainment! All in all, Hollister is in good shape right now. They even "groomed out" the upper half of tank trap and the jungle was as nasty as I've ever seen it, ie. very washed out and FLEXY!

Damn Hunter, I missed ya by one day. Went out for a few hours on Sunday with a couple guys from my Jeep club. We gotta get together sometime and tear it up.:viking:

Yeah Chris! Kinda been lonely the last few times I've been out there. I've got one buddy that is about 40% done with his fj40 project and that's my only wheelin' buddy now. I'll post up again next time I go somewhere!
