Hmmmmm, Good Question!

A possible parallel in naval warfare comes to mind:

The last iteration of actual fighting ships - pre-WW-II - had a Battleship defined as a first rate ship carrying enough armor to protect against a hit from it's own guns. The tactical idea was that a Battleship would(and should be able to) close on and duke it out with any ship encountered.

A Cruiser, on the other had, carried the armament of a Battleship and much lighter armor, allowing a much greater top speed. The tactical use here was the Cruiser would be able to deliver a shattering blow to anything up to a full battleship. However, in the event a Cruiser came up against a Battleship in a fair fight, it should turn and run. It's extra speed would allow it to leave the scene before it could be targeted. (As for how well that worked in practice, read up on the battle of Denmark strait.)

Anyway, based on the FACT that Chuck Norris would obviously never run away from a fight, he should be able to take any blow delivered by any opponent, even one of his own.
