Well, my dad is questionable, but I'm goin either way.

So I guess since I might or might not be hitting the west side, we'll just plan on the Union KY rest stop? 71/75 South, just past Mt Zion road, about the 177 mile marker.

The event starts at 10, I'd like to be there by 9:30.

Want to meet about 8, be on the road from there by 8:15?

(I'm gonna take a half day off Friday, so I can get up! )

Its all good I want to come just won't be able to sqeeze it in. Just need more notice ugh. Have fun though and take some pictures so I can once again see all the fun I am missing. I got redbird and winterfest penciled in now though so it gives me time to save for them.

It took me all day. The XJ is loaded and I am finally ready to Sling some MUDD!!

The spare is remounted , gave me a fit (kept leaking) the bead lock ring is warped. BFH Beat it intill no leak. My yellow paint suffered the most.

This is the same beadlock that I bent on Clay Hill @ Haspin. I will be ordering a new yellow beadlock ring . It will do for now.

Had a great time, sorry I had to leave so early. How long did you guys stay? I haven't been able to post because we don't have power because of the storm. Still now power.

Join the club - and I was using a power inverter on my jeep until I blew the power regulator (I think). So still no power and now no jeep.

Yep, my power just came on this afternoon...

We stomped around for a few hours, til I got cocky and jumped in a puddle that was way more than I bargained for.

I went in over the hood, and the mud came right up over the doorsills. I got water in the distributor, then flooded it out trying to get it restarted.

Matthew was good enough to winch me out (Thanks again, man!) and Nick helped me get it restarted, but with both my interior and my radiator filled with muck, my day was about done.

Since then, I got the radiator cleared out pretty well, pulled and cleaned the alternator, and bought a new cap-wires-plugs set, but I still have a LOT of cleaning to do!

Nick should have some pics and video, but I guess he's still waiting for power...

But it was sure nice to meet you guys!

Finally back on line. My power was out till Monday Night. Internet out till last night.

Hope everyone made it through them high winds.

Yes I too, had a great time.. HA!! My coffee cup survived and I stayed off the trees. ( You know that won`t last long!!!)

I will get some pics posted this weekend.

The mud hole that swallowed Robert and his XJ . That was almost me, went right by it and was going turn around to line up.
