The property approved for use is actually 217 acres at the present. After a year, the permit for use will be re-applied for.

well, not really. there are still plenty of places to get wicked. And if all goes well over the course of this year, I'm sure Joe will propose more property for the next permit, and I believe he can reapply at any time for use of additional acreage.

I agree it has a lot of potential, but the 900 acres would have made it an awesome park, with the ability to have large scale events.

Not like you could cover 900 acres of this terrain in a day, but it would be awesome to not see the same trails if you wheeled every weekend for a month straight.
