These threads are great entertainment........ everyone wants better lighting, but then bashes any form other than the one they choose because it is too bright, or offending to oncoming traffic.
Here is just a few of my opinions... Silverstars are great, brighter than stock, however same pattern as stock. People running E-Codes such as autopal, hella, ipf or cibie can get away with brighter bulbs.... halogen, led or HID. Why, because the Euro Code lighting pattern throws light to the right of the truck, and when adjusted properly, does not blind oncoming traffic. Now any of the light choices being mentioned, adjusted higher than normal or stock, will blind, even the cheap stock halogen.
