Just a little story from one Irishman to another. In May I was at moonrocks with the RPS and Far-n-gone crew. There were some teenage kids camping near us partying pretty hard. It turns out one of the kids had raided his late grandparents liqour cellar and had several bottles of 30 year old Signature (meaning the brewer SIGNED the numbered bottles) Bushmills. With the cork stopper and everything. These kids were just swilling it like JD. My buddy tom (one-ear-Samurai-Tom) "liberated" a bottle from their stash and said it was the best whiskey he ever had. Kid said his granddad had cases of it....
