I've posted in this forum a few times but havent really introduced myself. I love this forum.... Im on way to much (at least according to the girlfriend) Anyways here is my junk.

Nothing to special about it..... bastardized lift with starting with a crusty's 3 inch lift with 1.5 inch spacers in front, jks bpe's, stainless lines from RE as well as the discos. Its getting a locker up front as soon as it shows up.... hopefully tomorrow. Stock 3.55 gears and 31's of the bridgestone flavor. Anyways... if anybody in or around chico wants to hit the High Lakes soon shoot me a pm.
 
Thanks.... it was between the locker and the rails and I went with the locker. As far as the plate goes, I have already been ticketed once by a chp. It was in the middle of my working season so I didnt have time to take care of it. I checked with the chips later and they said that the ticket was never filed against me so no harm no foul. So the plate remains off.

I wouldnt be so sure about that. I'd check with the DMV to make sure that its truely gone. I thought the same thing once and it ended up biting me in the ass a few years later. The whole time my license was suspended, they dont inform you when that happens.

my friend got a fix it ticket for somthing lame like that on his samurai, and the cop didnt file it for like 6 months, he thought it blew over but his liscense was suspended with out warning too. i would just call once a month to make sure, and zip tie the plate to the grill. but not over the cool lights!
 
Nawww the ticket was never filled (had my cousin check into for me... also a CHP) besides it was about 3 years ago when I got it. Anyways I got the locker today in the mail and it will be going in on Sunday. Im pretty excited to see what it does for the junk. I would do a write up but I dont think its really necessary... just another d30 lunchbox thread.

Untill the fires get contained you wont be allowed into highlakes, you will interfear will cal fire, and evacuees


Hey downhillracer, do you work at lowes in chico?
 
Actually I used to work at lowes about a year and a half ago.... then I worked for the fire service for the last part of the season (moonlight fire through first snow). Actually what I have been hearing through friends that are still working for butte fire is that magalia and all parts north of it i.e. High lakes are in the clear. The empire fire is the one that is blowing up right now which is on the opposite side of the canyon.... Concow area. But I don't plan on going up there for a while anyways. But if you guys want to go anywhere around the area that isnt in the burn like up past cohassat for example just let me know.
 
nice rig, wanna take bets on how long that roof rack lasts?

With a locker it should go just about anywhere, but watch the rocks until you get rails. you will be glad you have them, because its not IF, its WHEN.
 
Hey i saw your jeep this afternoon in front of cash and carry. i think we need to do a meet and greet in chico with all the naxja members up here in the real nor-cal.
 
sleeperjeeper- Yeah I know the rack sucks but it was also free... normally I only have it on there when I go camping and such. Im planning on getting some rails on it soon so I dont crush my rockers... Not enough cash though at the moment.

Cherokeekid- It was parked there.... you are right. That is where I work now. I think you are right about a meet and greet up here. If you are willing to set something up I'll be there. The jeep was probably looking a little low in the rear. I had all my tools back there (about 300#'s worth) for the trip to Yuba tomorrow to throw the locker in the front. I hate not having a garage up here! Plus Im hoping there will be less smoke at my parents house.
 
Also for the people up here there is a waggy at the pick and pull on skyway with 44's under it front and rear. I dont know if anybody could use them but I figured I would share.
 
yeah we were over there yesterday as my fiance's cusin owns bellas beeds right next door to where there putting in A Main Hobbies next to where you work in mangrove plaza
