help! new rotors don't turn after tightening

Unless that hub is specific to that high steer knuckle (which I doubt it is) you can always but one hub to make a matching pair and matching rotors.

Agree--just get the correct rotor for the correct hub and he should be Golden.

Kind of like a guy with a size 13 4E right foot and a size 10 2E left foot--just got to mismatch the shoes!
