So I recently bought a Titan and love it. I have always had Nissan's since 1999. My little Rouge would amaze you if you saw how it worked. So now that I got the Titan for the Family and I drive the Rouge to work my XJ sits waiting for me to weld on it or take it to the trail. My wife wants me to keep it street leagal incase something goes wrong with the Nissan's so I gues that is my resrtiction. I am currnetly building a subframe that will be welded to an internal roll cage. Last weekend I decided to wash the XJ in 112 degree weather and cracked the windsheild so now I need to replace that. The hood has lost its clear coat and I will be doing some Duraback work soon along with paint and renting a paint booth, when I say soon that is a year from now. I have designs and dreams that have not hit the market yet and think they will be good for the industry but they could just be dreams and I hope I can bring them to reality. I cant wait to go wheel the jeep just hope things get done in time for our Rubicon trip. Trying to stay motivated when you have so many things going on is so hard someone please motivate me.

I did not get a response from my last teach posting but I am getting a response from this one. Thanks I like cats to.

I gues I better put some tech stuff in here. I plan on restoring my XJ paint, seats, unibody reiforcement, new rock rails, skid plates, lights, wench, transmition cooler with electric fan, oil cooler with electric fan, new glass, CB, stereo ect. I am going to keep tire size at 33". Below is the start of the subframe.

What year Titan? I know a few guys with them and they love them. The only issue is some of them crack exhaust manifolds and they are a real PITA to replace. Other then that they seem like good trucks.

Now that you have a DD you can get lots of work done on the Jeep. :viking:

Wow

Be sure to post pics of your new wench... Are you getting a new model or used one?:yelclap:

I just saw some amazing Wenches at a Ren Faire - if I had known you were looking I could've got you some contact info. :viking:
