No way, did he really die in 04, It seems like it was just a couple of months ago, (I know, Ford was a couple months ago). I am way to young to feel this damn old.

When America was RESPECTED in the world.
Thank you Mr. President, for what you did for us.

In the 80's and early 90's, our family was in the military- and we lived throughout Europe. Funny, the United States was respected and revered back then, and we were DEARLY "proud to be Americans".

Many were hurt by "Reganomics", but there was an eventual "method to the madness". At the time of it's usage, it truly made the world a safer place for Americans- but you'd have to have lived with people who were NOT Americans to really and truly understand. We may not have been popular, but we WERE respected. Eye for an Eye policy.

Today, things are not the same- we aren't even really trying to understand why the rest of the world feels like they do, and that's going to be our eventual downfall. "Uncle Ronnie" understood that the world didn't always see things like WE do, and adopted his administation to policies that didn't leave any questions.

Man, I couldn't agree with you guys more. This was a man that was clearly a leader. His personality was second to none, and his dealings with foreign affairs was extremely sleek and polished, -what a great man. Whether you are a democrat or republican, one can't argue that Reagan was clearly the right man, in the right place, -at the right time.

I'm pretty certain that Ol' "W" Jr. could learn a thing or two from Ronnie...........

Regardless of which side of the political spectrum you may fall on, if it weren't for Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher being in power when they were the world would be a far worse place right now.

And even if you don't like the fortieth President of this Republic, it's hard to not appreciate the following:

Those images were culled from various places around the Internet - but Reagan was a Jeeper, and he managed to get the then-greatest threat to the free world into a Jeep.

Awesome guy, and a fantastic President. We need more like him in office these days.

Who?

missile command was awesome. Was he president of atari or something?

No kidding. Missile Command still rules as one of the best games ever made.

Was he president of atari or something?

No, other people held that job. Ronald Reagan just kept us from seeing the big red angry 'THE END' message writ for real. As much fun as the game is, it's better to not be playing it for keeps.

So he was a cheat code?

Nope. But definitely the high-score holder.

OH!, so he is ASS

Probably not - I'm running on dumb at the moment.

Bet I can beat you at Asteroids, though :D

Screw asteroids. I'll kick your ass at centipede.
