I've decided you can't throw that MJ away. The body is in decent shape. It can totally be saved.

I'm serious.As a current member of the Save the MJ's club, I agree with the others, don't kill either one., please. If you need parts, I have some here from a straight 87 (some interior, complete front clip, etc). They are getting rarer by the day. The bed side rot can be patched, or if it hasn't spread too far, bigger cut out flares will do the trick. All else fails, Z&M Jeeps is the only outfit that makes new bedsides, but lucky you (and me) they bring them out to the PA jeeps show in York in July. I bought one last year and saved 150$ in truck freight.
