for a 91 XJ 4 door

Folks-- I'm pretty sure I've said several times that the price depends on the number of folks who're actually buying.

Patience, young Padawan...... ;)

Ok then give us the normal group buy list...I will start it for you

1-5 = $____
6-10 =$____
11-you get the idea

This has been covered. On 30 April the final figures will be available.

the panels he sells is smooth and unfinished you have to paint them yourself (any color you want). i expect the diamond plate would be the same, paint on something to prevent rust and/or any color you want. i don't think they are going to be stainless or aluminum in appearance.

Here's the real deal from the manufacturer <Chris> himself:

Diamond plate= NO

MJ sets= YES but there may be a short delay to get dims on the bed pieces. Same price as 4 door

Sets without the rear lower 1/4s= YES there will be a 40.00(Could be less with group buy) price reduction.

Lower 1/4s only= YES the cost is 40.00. Could go down with the group by 5-10 dollars. Will be the same as the deduction for the set without.

Upper 1/4 for 4 door XJ only= YES these are the pieces that continue from the lower rear 1/4 guards(that come with the door set) up to the bottom of the rear window. They go from the rear door opening to cover 1" of the rear tail lights on the side to hepl prevent trees and brush from peeling them of at the body seem. There will be a special set VERY SOON for the 97+ tail lights. This piece will fit ALL years of XJ.
price is usually 175.00 for the pair. price will vary with # of sets sold. They are VERY labor intensive since they taper from top to bottom and front to rear. Aso to include a cover piece for the gass door.

Countersunk holes will be 20.00 extra. Plese specify if they are countersunk for screws or rivets. The rivet countersink is MUCH smaller

Aluminum would be fine but they will not be nearly as strong.

So, we;'re outta luck for Diamonplate. All the rest is pretty much self-explanatory....

sorry folks-- meant to compile the name sthus far and submit an initial list back to everyone for verification, but I was working on my junk till about a half hour ago <11pm> trying to get it ready for the big trip to Uwharrie NF on the 13th.

Clayton's longarms, RE 6" coils, hybrid leafs, new shackles, Rancho 99012 and 99264 shocks... Basically- my "level out the front end to the back" project got outta hand, and my jeep's gotten about 3" taller now, all round. ;)

0700 comes early, but I'll get that done tomorrow night.

Bear in mind-- there's NOT going to be any diamondplate available <yeah, I'm not happy either, but whattayagonnado?>

Will get the list together tomorrow, submit the # of folks that are serious <if you've got to bail on this, speak now please>, and he'll most likely get me back a tentative figure.

BTW, to clarify:

Lower 1/4s only= YES the cost is 40.00. Could go down with the group by 5-10 dollars. Will be the same as the deduction for the set without.

pretty sure this means the REAR lower quarters only. IE: behind the rear wheel.

Are there any pictures of the flush mount (would they be as strong as the regular ones)? Anyway, I WILL buy a set of the upper 1/4 guards and the 4 door set without the lower 1/4 guards. Just haven't decided between flush mount or not.

What are you calling "flush mount"? They all mount flush with the body. ???

Folks-- please do not PM me about this-- my inbox is close enough to overflowing, I wouldn't want to miss anyone's question or anything.
