BlueCuda, MTZ sidewalls are paper thin. I have one as my spare right now and it is the only reason I did not go with them. Everyone here likes them but most graduate from them after slicing a side wall. One of the guys I was with this weekend sliced 4 in the same stuff I was in, through out the years. I can't say whether or not the compound of the BFGs will hold up better than a Mickey T but as far as thickness goes, BFG wins hands down.
