Good camshaft for my build and a few questions

Hello, currently looking for some advice on my 1993 4.0 build. It has been sent to the machine shop and was bored +.030. aside from this I want it to remain mostly stock aside from a camshaft upgrade. Not seeking crazy power or funny idle sounds, just wanting a little bit more pep and willing to trade a few MPG's, but not wanting to sacrifice reliability Any recommendations? Originally wanted to go with this cam

However, after some reading it would seem that it would call for different valve springs, computer upgrades, and possibly forged pistons and the such. Does anybody have any recommendations for a good cam that won't require an extra $2500 in parts and a new computer system? And if not, can somebody give me recommendations on parts to go with the Baja beast cam?

Almost feels like I'm better off building a bone stock engine and upgrading exteriors such as water pump, radiator, headers, intake, exhaust, and would love to hear it if I'm correct.
