need to go over my Jeep and make sure all is good after the last run @ windrock...
also HAVE to do an injector seal kit on the tow rig...

...not too much i guess :dunno:

well i know i have let my airsoft buddies down but i have decided to come to goldenmountain for 2 reasons:

1) i need my wheelin fix BAD
B) its melkors bday!!!!
and lastly, i want to camp out...havent gotten to camp since the overnight trip to windrock.

Glad to have ya Genral!!!:sunshine:

Dan, I am in the same boat as you! I am working my last day for the week today, taking some leave while I can. I gotta bleed my brakes again, weld the exhaust bracket that keeps breaking, and an oil change on the WJ/Wife's rig/Tow rig!! :repair:

Well, I guess my Jeep is ready to go again. I mounted my tires yesterday morning, re-set the front wheel bearing pre-load (one of the inner spindle nuts was missing the locking pin so it would back off. I replaced it though), and I also pulled the T-case out, went through it again and got it all fixed up, and then got it 90% of the way back in with some of Dan's help. Today, I finished it up and washed the jeep (with soap actually!!!) and fixed a hairline frame crack that sprung up close to the steering box. All thats left is strapping down tool bags and loading it up on the trailer.

I may go by Dan's tomorrow night and help him get the trucks fuel leak fixed.

i (master of the arc welder) welded a new down pipe (thanks to Tyler) to my exhaust pipe and now i dont have a huge hole in it... but it didnt quiet down too much since my exhaust ends directly after the CAT... and still sounds like a tractor but oh well.

also fixed my electric fan so i will be cool running this weekend.

all that is left is packing it up and getting a new bolt for my front ubolt on the driver side spring plate (thanks to tyler :D) and since i cant find my deep well 3/4 socket it will have to wait till tomorrow...

<---excited about the trip.

thats awesome eric...how hard was it to do? ive got my new tie rod in as well, but im having trouble on the U-joints in the axle shafts...10 years of rust/road grime...these suckers dont want to come out!

went ahead and picked up a new 3/4 and 13/16 deep well sockets since i cant find mine and got a new nut for the ubolt and picked up a 36mm axle nut socket (justincase) so now i just have to pack and pick up the dads tow rig and trailer on thursday night...

<---still excited :D
