Going to look at a 99 WJ today

I know it's a WJ but it has the 4.0L enigine so I though I'll ask here anyway. There are 2 problems with this jeep that concern me.

1. There is a coolant leak that is showing up on the front of the block but I can't pinpoint it. How can I be sure that it is just a leak from maybe the water pump and not a cracked block?

2. The power windows and power doors do not work at any door. Is this an easy fix or a PITA?

1. Pressure tester, inspection mirror, bright spotlight.

2. Usually a bad wire/ground/switch. A little work with a DMM will get you there.
