Per league rules, no TV timeouts in overtime.

Although Kroenke owns the Team, Pepsi Center, and the TV Network that was the original feed for Versus. Think about it. There was an icing, stoppage of play, Altitude cuts to commercial, rink crew jumps on, delays game more than 18 seconds.

Nope.

No TV timeouts during OT.
No TV timeouts after an icing.
Only TV timouts allowed during OT or after an icing are from simple errors while in San Jose and decieving treachery while in Colorado. It would have been less lame if Anderson had just pulled the equipment BS he did in Game #3 after an icing.

The new rules for iceing is the puck must be droped right after with no delay and no line change, this way a team does not just throw it down the ice to change or rest tired players. One of the only new rules I like.

Yes and no, the San Jose Sharks called the time out in over time after they iced the puck. When Colorado did not have a time out, the Ice Crew came out to try to help the team. Failed made the sharks bench mad and gave them energy, the Avs lost from the stupid move.

The hockey gods are mean, and the Avs Ice Crew was dumb.

O thats right they haven't had a production from their top line who dominated all? But then again the AVS are only winning because the Sharks are cursed, and scored two game winning goals.

How about we just put all this bitchin aside and just watch the games and take what we are given. Hockey is and always will be made up of bad deflections, cheap shots, and controversy. If you dont like it go watch the NBA! May the best team win the series! GO AVS!

Avs are playing well for an over matched team. They try not to do anything really stupid, just hang around, and hope they can get a lucky bounce. It's worked so far.

If the Sharks get a clear lead, the Avs will have to play more aggressively, giving the Sharks some opportunities. Sharks will have chances of finally blowing them out.

As long as Nabby has played his one bad game of the series. :confused1

So you said the sharks are the better team, but the top line is not doing anything. I would think it would be hard to happy about that, when your team is only tied, and was out shot in every game. What if they that line starts putting it in the net? One would think your team is toast.

Yeah most have no idea who they were. Hell EA Sports barely knew it themselves. Until a few years ago they put the Rockies jersey as an alternate for the Avs instead of the Devils.

I love all the hockey fans that come out at playoff time just to get drunk and say they went to the game. Tuesday night this drunk guy yelled at another guy that was wearing a Peter Stastny Nordique jersey. He said that he had put the wrong number on it, Paul was 26! The guy felt like a dumbass when he was told it was his fathers jersey.

Ahh ok. I was at the game and wasn't paying attention to the SJ coach during the timeout. I was praying that we would finally get someone infront of the net for a deflection or screen.

I was at the game, and not watchin the TV in the suite so therfore I didnt know if was just a stoppage in play because of the icing or if San Jose called a timeout.
