There was an event raffle. Those tickets were only available for purchase at the event in Moab.
The Giveaway Jeep was a seperate giveaway, different tickets than the event raffle. The Giveaway Jeep raffle did have 2nd and 3rd place prizes. Of course the Grand Prize was the Jeep. 2nd prize was a set of BFG tires and 3rd was a winch.

No, the "Grand Prize" was the TNT/Treks full coil conversion lift kit - which wasn't mentioned until the evening of the raffle. The XJ was 1st Prize, 4 BFG tires certificate was 2nd Prize, and a T-Maxx winch was 3rd Prize.
Still trying to wrap my head around how a lift kit was a grand prize over an entire lifted/built XJ.........
